Pay for completed work

Answers, research, document processing, Buildshield assessments and new voice generation use credit. Your activity statement shows each charge.

Know when credit expires

Monthly credit is used first and expires at 00:00 UTC on the first of the following month. Your billing page shows the expiry in your local time.

Stay in control

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your unexpired credit remains usable. Reading saved answers and replaying saved audio do not create another AI charge.

Charges vary with the work required. Deep research requires A$5 available to start. Work already started may finish with a small negative balance.

Carried credit includes introductory and goodwill grants and is not a guaranteed refundable cash amount. Contact support for refund requests.
